Carte/Card

K-Kingdom – Bonhomme de neige / Snowman

Voici la seconde carte que j’ai faite pour le challenge de Less is More : Turquoise et Lilas

Here is the second card I made for the challenge of Less is More : Turquoise and Lilac

On a double white card, I represented the snowy path with a Simon Says Stamp. This Die makes the stitched line without cutting.

In order to make the snowy sky, I applied a Mask made with Post-it note and I stuck it under the stitched line. I laid over it the stencil fixed with Masking tape. With a foam dauber, I applied the ink on the stencil.

On a white paper, I stamped the image with VersaFine ink and I heat embossed with clear powder. Then I colored the image with Promarkers. On the edge of the hat and the pompoms of the scarf, I put some Wink of Stella. I fussy cut the image and I placed it over the stitched path with adhesive foam.

And to finish this card, I stamped the sentiment with VersaFine ink and I heat embossed with clear powder. I must say that I’m quite happy with the result.

At least I have two cards ready for the greetings season, since in general I’m never ahead of schedule !
